McDonald's in Sindelfingen

Something is always missing, otherwise ok

A Mc Donalds with "drive in" next to Breunigerland Sindelfingen. We went to "drive in" on Saturday around 5pm. Wasn't busy. Everything worked. What I have to complain about is that you forgot to ask which sauce you want. So you put one in the bag. When asked, however, was corrected immediately. In my opinion, they don't make time for their customers and that's how mistakes happen. The food was ok as always.

Would be better just sell without lettuce and cucumber ... Was sold dried and chilled, lettuce was no longer fresh. :(

It wasn't all what I paid for! Apple pocket was missing and chicken nuggets were also less than what I paid for !!

No Signature Series is offered here in Sindelfingen, at least it is not written down and it was not available on request. What a shame!

At the moment only drive is in. Everything worked out great. Friendly staff. Has also fulfilled special requests.

Worst Mc Donalds branch ever. Didn't even deserve a star for me. Rude staff should be ashamed of the way they behave towards their customers. Foreigners don't understand anything and spit cheeky! Can't even admit their mistakes. If you don't know how to deal with customers, you have missed your job in my opinion. In the end, I didn't accept my order & didn't pay for it. So you can also scare off your customers. !!!

Extremely fast in the drive and very nice staff

You have to check the ordered items at the MC Drive on site to ensure that everything is there. I often missed products or had something wrong in them. Unfortunately, I only noticed when I was unpacking at home.

Overall similar to other McDonald's. Ambience is good. There is also a option to sit outside and enjoy the meal. Drive in is also possible in this place. You can shop in breulingerland and afterwards enjoy McDonald's snacks

So I'm really sorry, but if 20 out of 25 times you get a wrong order placed in the drive in every time, it's no longer a coincidence. If there is ever a wrong sauce ... ok. But if the wrong burger is given out more than a few times in wrongly labeled packaging and you only notice it at home, then unfortunately you can't give out more than 2 stars, even if I would have preferred otherwise. Nevertheless, keep coming back because there are no more megges 24h in the area. I would be happy if something changes and I can upgrade my rating at some point.

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers, were dry & burnt. When I wanted fresh citizens, the lady gave me the same citizens in another bag .

No breakfast on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m., although posted on the website and on the front door. Since there is no breakfast in the hotels due to corona, the McRib was the first meal of the day. That is only possible if you are very hungry.

A McRipp menu and 6 Mcnuggetts and you run out of the store still hungry. That's how you know it. But super nice staff and the place looks clean.

Visit on 8/22/20 at around 12:25 p.m. Incompetent employee at the drive in counter, I guess of Albanian origin. Did you draw your attention to an error on the receipt in a very friendly manner and she replied really rude and antisocial, so that I didn't even want to eat my food afterwards. If you like to be treated badly then go there. So I'll never come back!

McDrive -> drink with ice although EXTRA ordered without ice. Then you have to wait and unfortunately not immediately checked the contents of the bag. French fries were missing ... Thanks too.

The Big Rosti was pretty good, cant wait to try their wings!

Nice food cheap and affordable for travelers same as all the other McDonald's restaurants.

Dirty, super busy, and badly in need of renovation. This is one of the few locations that still does not have digital ordering. The parking is so tight that your really need to find a spot in the mall parking lot and walk over. The bathrooms are gross- nothing but freezing cold water to wash your hands, and no paper towel dispenser, just a sad hand dryer with no power.

It's McDonalds, but done well. There is no computer to order, preventing you from talking to a real live human and parking is extremely limited, but there is plenty of seating inside and out...

Staff were great considering we didn't speak the language! I just really wanted curly fries. 5 stars

Very very dirty place, unfriendly team

Alright this is one of the best damn McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Food is almost always fresh. They also speak English.

Self serve kiosks so language barriers are not an issue. Food always tastes fresh

If you do not manage to provide enough staff and processes to eliminate the legacy of the many poorly-educated children fed here by their parents on a busy Saturday, then it looks just like Hempel's under the couch. But everywhere in this restaurant. And obviously, only the bare minimum is invested. Only recommended in an emergency, just before starvation. This review should not be to the detriment of the staff, which is partly to be pitied because faced with too many tasks. The criticism is directed to the management.

Decreasing quality over the time, Free re-fills are not on hand anymore. Pity, because it was one of the strengths of this McDo.

The manager here seems don't work. Cashiers are not trained well. Very unprofessional.

I normally do not write reviews on places but I have to today.I have been to this McDonald's many times at all sorts of hours. Never once have they gotten my order wrong! However, today I went through the McDonald's drive thru today and put in my order and immediately knew I only spoke English. I ordered chicken box with curly fries and the lady said normal fries, but I didn't hear it correctly. As I got my food I saw I had gotten regular fries so I drove back around to confirm my order that I did order curly fries but it was rung up as regular fries. I will admit it, i didn't check the screen and when I was charged for the sour cream sauce I didn't question it. So there were multiple signs that I should have questioned it. The lady was super nice and gave it to me anyways and was genuinely nice about it, (to my face at least/I worked for McDonald's in the states! Haha I know what's being said and done). But this absolutely made my day. And I say thank you! :)

Just the worst McDonald's ever. Unfriendly and slow staff. And the portion of my McFlurry was smaller than a McSundae.

Cold nuggets, hard fries, flat soda. Clean though.
